1) Have your hall or reception area ready one half hour ahead of schedule for early guests
2) Always have a plan B to all outside activities or events
3) Plan 30-40 Minutes for your receiving line
4) Plan 30 Minutes for after ceremony pictures
5) Plan 20 Minutes for your joy ride
6) Cut your cake as your guests finish eating
